Giving 2 stars because ive had great experiences in the past! BUT TODAY WAS RIDICULOUS. I get there at 6:20ish after leaving work early due to Google saying they were open til 7. I asked the guy a few questions and he helped me. Then 6:30 comes and the lady yells across the store to me they're closing early as im actively looking for stuff which I get but why not say it when I walked in or when you seen me wandering around looking for what I was trying to purchase. I only ever go here but I won't be anymore.

If you want an excellent hair store with GREAT customer service shop at Hair Saga 4733 Salem Ave Trotwood Oh, 45416 These people are so kind, they have a point system where you get discounts after so many purchases. No nasty attitudes. Nobody is rude. Huge Huge store. The owner is so very kind and he appreciates his customers. They even participated in the back to school discount for our children. We work hard for our money, go where you are appreciated. Hair Gold is just not the same anymore. That lady is disrespectful, and then after you write a review she wants to talk about judgment day with God. Smh I promise you won't go through this at Hair Saga 🤣 Thank me later Hair Saga❤️1000 stars

No returns even on chemicals that’s not good business and on top of that the lady at the front counter is very rude. I will never step a foot back into this store again. It’s about your policy and rules for that store. Why no returns on chemicals that’s not right at all. You the one have to deal with hardly having customers. Chemical returns should be allowed. Customers are always right!! Take that to the bank and cash it.

The lady that works at this store is very very rude. Not polite to the customers. It's sad because I've shopped at this store for years. I asked to speak the owner she told me to wait 20 mins but kept running her mouth arguing with me in front of another customer. Ill come back as long as she isn't there. I was short 21 cents, I went to get change out of my car and she stood there and watch me pay for my earrings...very very rude. Told me don't shop there like she was the owner. I told her I was writing a review.
